I am completing training to become certified as a Conscious Uncoupling Coach, a Calling in the One Coach, and a True You Coach with Katherine Woodward Thomas. 

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and have completed 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and many other yoga courses. Contact me for private classes. 

I was ordained through the Roman Catholic Women Priest organization in July 2023.  Please contact me for home liturgies, baptisms, weddings, and funerals.

I have been a Toastmaster for several years and just completed serving as Club Growth Director for District 10. I took comedy classes with Dave Schwensen to improve my speaking presence.  Contact me to be your emcee or keynote speaker. 

I received my first Reiki level in 1993 and have been a Reiki Master since 1998. I am offering Reiki sessions and Reiki training by appointment.

I completed Ramsey Solutions' Financial Coach Master Training. I will be offering Financial Peace University in September.
